The invention relates to the area of rolling-bearing cages made of engineering moulding compositions (plastics). It provides a simple and effective way of solving the technical problem of high demoulding forces of the slides in the injection mould, which serve for moulding externally the undercuts (8) holding the rolling bodies (2) in the cage. This is performed by the outer holding strips (8) being moulded by special notches (7) on the mould slides (6) in such a way that they can spring back during demoulding. This achieves on the one hand low demoulding forces, on the other hand easy fitting of the rolling bodies in the cage and at the same time their reliable securing. Requirements for enveloping circles which are intended to ensure the rolling-body, outboard and inboard guidance of the cage can be met in any event by virtue of the high precision which can be achieved. <IMAGE>
