PURPOSE:To generate a voltage proportional to absolute temperature by combining a Wilson current mirror to which a resistor for extracting voltage is connected and a current mirror circuit comprising transistors (TR) poled oppositely to the Wilson current mirror circuit so as to decrease the effect of fluctuation of a power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:The Wilson current mirror circuit consists of NPN TRs Q1, Q2 and Q3, the current capacity of the TRQ2 is made n-times that of the TRQ1 and the resistor R1 for extracting voltage is connected between the TRQ2 and ground. Moreover, the current mirror circuit comprising PNP TRs Q4, Q5 and Q6 is provided between said mirror circuit and a power supply VCC. The inputs and the outputs of both the current mirrors are connected in combination. Then the effect of the power supply VCC due to voltage fluctuation is decreased and a voltage proportional to the absolute temperature is generated. |
