PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a satellite line by using a line controller to attain management/assignment of a line in the lump while keeping the independence of plural satellite communication systems. CONSTITUTION:A station selection telephone number of a ground station 22 of a satellite communication system 2 is taken as N and a station selection number of a ground station 31 in a satellite communication system 3 is taken also as N, and when a line connection request using the number N from the station 21 exists, a line controller 4 assigns one line from an idle line out of satellite lines 5, identifies that the calling station belongs to the communication system 2, calls the station 22 and connects it. Furthermore, when the line connection request by the number N exists similarly from a station 32, the station 31 is called and connected. |
