PURPOSE:To prevent black smoke and a bad smell of a crematory simply and inexpensively from occurring by making the most of existing equipment, by providing a reburning furnace on an exhaust gas duct. CONSTITUTION:A reburning furnace 30 is provided in the middle of a protruded part out of an exhaust gas duct 26, and the exhaust gas duct 26 is divided into the front part 26a and the rear part 26b by the furnace 30. A rear end of the rear part 26b is connected with the lower part of a stack 31, through which a crematory is communicated with the stack 31 through the exhaust duct 26 and reburning furnace 30. Exhaust smoke to be discharged from the crematory is introduced within the reburning chamber 36 from a suction smoke port 53 through the fron part 26a of the exhaust duct 26. As a turbulence of a high temperature is being generated in the chamber 36 through flames of burners 44, 45, and the remaining organic matter of the exhaust smoke exposed to the flame within the reburning furnace 30 is decomposed completely, the crematory becomes nonodorous. Unburnt carbon is oxidized also, and a smoke color of the oxidized exhaust smoke is removed. |
