PURPOSE:To shorten an insulating time by forming a mica insulating layer on part of a coil end, coating heat resistant powder on the residue of the coil end, a noise unit and a lead unit. CONSTITUTION:A mica tape or a sheet is wound on a portion to be inserted into the slot of a core of a hexagonal coil, i.e., a slot unit 1 and on part of a coil end 2 adjacent to the slot unit 1, and a mica insulating layer 5 is formed by a VPI method or a prepreg method. Then, before a coil is inserted into a core, powder of heat resistant powder is coated simultaneously on the residue of the coil end 2, a nose unit 3 and a lead unit 4, thereby forming an insulating layer 6. |
