<p>PURPOSE:To improve the coldness preserving performance of a tank by forming opened port parts onto the roof of an outer tank and adding the coldness preserving material into the upper part on the periphery of a double-shell tank from the opening and closing port part by utilizing gas. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of opening and closing port parts 10 are formed at a proper intervals onto the roof 2a of an outer tank, and the coldness preserving material 3 such as perlite grains is positively added for filling by the blasting in the utilization of the gas such as nitrogen gas. Since the coldness preserving material 3 is blown-in by nitrogen gas, the coldness preserving material 3 for additional filling which is introduced into the roof 2a of the outer tank is provided with large fluidity, and an angle of repose beta is exceedingly reduced, and the coldness preserving material 3 can be positively introduced.</p> |
