The zig-zag duct for heat exchange medium promoter includes a condensate collector/evaporator fitted to the bottom band. The boiler (1) has lateral (13) and central (4) water carrying elements. Burner (5) with a primary air supply is fitted at the bottom of the combustion chamber. A draught diverter (6) with an opening (7) is fitted at the boiler top. Plates (8,9) have apertures (11) for smoke gas discharge, whilst pipes (12) are fitted in a serpentine loop made for water circulation. This minimises condensation giving a high circulation output for the preheated water.
