<p>Aminocephem carboxylic acid derivs. were N-acylated by (hydroxylamino) acetic acid derivs. to give the title compds. I[R = Ph, thienyl, furyl, thiazolyl; R1 = H, protective group, C1-6 alkyl alkenyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl; R2 = H, halo, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, alylthio; R3 = H, alkyl; A = H, alkali or alkaline earth metal; n = 0,1,2!. Thus, 7-amino cephalosporanic acid was treated with 2-(2-tritylamino-4-thiazolyl)-2-methoxyiminoacetic p-toluene sulfonic anhydride to give I. Title compds. are used as antibiotics.</p> |
