<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the density of a photographic fog and to obtain an image having good quality by satisfying prescribed conditions among the potential of a means which supplies a toner to a photosensitive body, the potential of a means which forms an electric field between the photosensitive body and a body to be recorded and the potential of the transparent conductive layer of the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:A toner supplier 7 supplies a toner 5 to a transparent electrode 1 of a photosensitive body 20 and a toner 5 adsorbed to the electrode 1 moves toward the recording paper 9. The body 20 in the part in proximity to a conductor 10 to which a voltage is impressed is selectively irradiated by a light emitting diode 13. The toner of the electrode 1 on the surface of the body 20 is electrified to negative and transferred to the recording paper thus forming a toner image 5a. The body 20 is uniformly exposed by a light source 22 and restores approximately the ground voltage. VC>VP and VT>VP or VC<VP and VT< VP are satisfied among the potential VT of the supplier 7, the potential VC of the conductor 10 and the potential VP of the transparent electrode layer 3, by which the density of a photographic fog is decreased and the image having good quality is obtd.</p> |
