PURPOSE:A weather strip for automobile such as glass run, having small coefficient of friction, improved wear resistance, obtained by setting a mixture of a thermoplastic elastomer, silicone oil and Teflon powder at a contact face with a member such as glass, etc. CONSTITUTION:The desired weather strip obtained by setting a rubber composition comprising (A) 100pts.wt. thermoplastic elastomer of styrene, urethane, etc., (B) 1-50pts.wt. silicone oil, and (C) 1-100pts.wt. Teflon powder at a contact face with another member such as glass, coated sheet metal, etc. A preferable blending ratio of the composition is 5-20pts.wt. component B and 10-30pts.wt. component B based on 100pts.wt. component A. EFFECT:Having low anchorage strength to other members. |
