<p>PURPOSE:To set the signal working amplitude at an ECL level and to facilitate easy conversion into a ECL IC by having connections among the 1st and 2nd potential sources of different levels and three transistor circuits to constitute a Schmitt trigger circuit. CONSTITUTION:The collector of a transistor (TR) 11 is connected to a high potential VGG via a resistance 8, and the emitter of the TR11 is connected to the emitter of a TR13 as well as to a low potential VEE via a constant current source 14. The collector and the base of a TR12 are connected to the potential VGG and the collector of the TR11 respectively. While the emitter of the TR12 is connected to the potential VEE via a resistance 9 and a constant current source 15. The collectors and the base of the TR13 are connected to the potential VGG via a resistance 10 to the joint between the resistance 9 and the source 15 respectively. An input signal VIN is impressed between the base of the TR11 and the potential VGG, and an output signal VOUT is obtained by a voltage drop of the resistance 10.</p> |
