PURPOSE:To make the device compact, by performing A/D conversion of the signal of a head amplifier, storing the obtained data, and averaging the data over the time a specified number of the A/D conversions is performed. CONSTITUTION:The luminance signal of an object from a light receiving element 1 is compressed logarithmically by a head amplifier 2 and a BV signal is obtained. The signal is inputted in a multiplexer (MP) 5. Meanwhile the signals from CCD and another exposure data circuit 4 are inputted to the MP5. These signals are selected by the MP5 and sent to an A/D converter 6. Under the control of a microcomputer 7, the BV signal undergoes A/D conversion at the time set by a first timer 11. The result is inputted to an input and output port 9 and stored in a memory 10. The memory data in the memory 10 is averaged over the time period set by a second timer 12, and the liminance data of the object is obtained. Since a CR integrator can be omitted, the device is made compact. |
