PURPOSE:To improve the degree of straight movement, by a method wherein, in a roller device for conveying strip-shaped plated object such as IC reed frames, rollers, which respectively have a flat central part, having a width narrower than that of the object to be conveyed, and slanted end parts, are pivotally secured so that they can be freely vibrated. CONSTITUTION:Lower edges 16 on both sides in the direction of width of an object 4 to be conveyed, which is conveyed in the direction of an arrow mark, are supported by opposite upward slanted parts 6, and the object is conveyed in a direction A through rotation of rollers 2. In which case, the slanted part 6 has a slanted angle of 3-30 deg., and the object to be conveyed is vibrated through a bearing 3, a shaft 7, and the roller 2 by means of a vibrator 13, whereby an automatic centripetal force is exerted on the object 4 to be conveyed, a zigzagging distance in a lateral direction is decreased, and automatic regulation is effected so that the center in the direction of the width of the roller 2 coincides with the center of the object 4 to be conveyed. This constitution permits improvement of the degree of straight movement. |
