<p>A device for cutting squares of wood for manufacturing boxes for fruits and vegetables, comprising a first horizontal conveyor belt (1) equipped with drive cleats (4) for the strips (6) to be delivered, an upper stop (11) for the strips (6) loaded on the upper side of the first belt (1), a circular saw (12) whose blade (13) is disposed between the guide (11) and the belt (1), a guide container (7) surrounding the lower part of the first belt (1) and which has a perforated part (14) below which is disposed a second conveyor belt (15) extending transversely relative to the said first belt (1) and which is driven in the direction of the guide (11) to bring the strips (6) up against a lower guide (17), a second lower circular saw (18) disposed at a predetermined distance from the guide (17) and downstream of the second belt (15), and a device (20) for removing the pieces (19) cut up by the second saw (18). <IMAGE></p> |
