PURPOSE:To grasp easily the number of shots of a die by detecting an impact force produced at the time of punching a part with the aid of a vibration sensor provided to a punch holder, etc. and converting it into an electric signal to display it at a displaying part. CONSTITUTION:A vibration sensor 10 in a counter main body 7 provided to a press detects an impact force when a part is punched by the press, and a switch circuit 16 sets the upper limit of the wavelength of said vibration through a limiter 15, and the wavelength is integrated by an integration circuit 17 and is inputted to a comparator circuit 18. The circuit 18 compares the output voltage of circuit 17 with a previously set reference voltage, and only a signal higher than the reference voltage is converted into a square wave to output it to a monostable multivibrator 20 through a differentiation circuit 19. A counter 21 counts a pulse signal outputted from the multivibrator 20 to digitally display the number of counts at a displaying part through a driver. |
