PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of an electric-current sensor for detecting the pulse current of a distributor which is installed in demountable ways at one edge of the case of a timing light by forming said electric-current sensor from two parts which can be opened freely each other and in which divided cores can be accommodated. CONSTITUTION:An electric-current sensor 20 is installed in demountable ways onto a cover part at one edge of the case 10 of a timing light, and a slidable case 30 having a condenser lens 32 for discharge tube fixed is installed in slidable ways onto the other edge side of the case 10. A discharge tube 40, luminous circuit, and a battery 70 are accommodated into the case 10, and the electric-current sensor 20 and the luminous circuit are connected through a cord 50. The electric-current sensor 20 is constituted of a lower member 22 having a U-shaped core 22c and a turning arm 21 which has an I-shaped core 21c and is turnable around a turning shaft 22a, in the upper part of the lower member 22, and the lower member 22 and the turning arm 21 are urged in the direction of opening by a spring 24. The both 21 and 22 can be held in closed state by the engagement by the projection 23a of a push button 23 of a hook 21a installed onto the turning arm 21. |
