PURPOSE:To decide easily a faulty area by comparing the control contents of each address of a memory of a computer to be diagnosed with the actual control contents and deciding with analysis the faulty area by an analyzer when no coincidence is obtained between both control contents. CONSTITUTION:A trigger generating part 10 reads the signal sent to an address data bus 5 and stores whether the control contents of the address where a computer 4 to be diagnosed executes and gives an access previously to a program are equal to the read or write of data or fetching of the program. The stored contents are compared with the control contents of the address where the computer 4 works actually and gives an access. When no coincidence is obtained from said comparison, a trigger signal is delivered to a trace memory 6 of an analyzer 8. Then the analyzer 8 analyzes and decides the faulty area of the computer 4. |
