<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operability of the titled editing device by handwriting an editing command pattern at a place near an editing subject pattern to designate the editing type. CONSTITUTION:Both the up-down information and the position information (a) of a pen which are generated by a coordinate input device 1 and a stylus pen 12 are supplied to a pattern recognition processing part 310 of a pattern editing processor 3. The part 310 produces a pattern selecting window for selecting of a pattern segment to be edited according to the information (a) and also discriminates the editing commands given from the handwritten input pattern coordinates to deliver the information (b). This information (b) is supplied together with the information (f) on an editing function key 4. Then a pattern editing part 320 performs editing processes including the erasion, shift, enlargement, reduction, etc. of patterns while writing data in a pattern display frame memory 330 and an image display frame memory 340.</p> |
