PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a recess at supporting points by providing movable inclined beds on both sides of the top surface of a horizontal bed and providing slidable supporting rollers between the inclined bed and the inclined bed so that a cylindrical shell is supported by the respective supporting rollers in accordance with the change of the cylindrical shell. CONSTITUTION:Supporting rollers 3 which are slidable in a horizontal direction are provided roughly in the central part of a horizontal bed 2. Inclined beds 4 which are likewise slidable in a horizontal direction are provided on both sides of the bed 2. Slidable supporting rollers are provided along the slopes 5 of the beds 4. The rollers 3, 6 are thus circumscribed with a cylindrical shell 1 to support said shell in accordance with the diameter thereof simply by sliding the beds 4 and the rollers 3, 6 in arrow directions and thus adjusting the positions thereof. |
