PURPOSE:To automate a work to attach a tube of a specific size over a specific position of a wire, by penetrating and inserting the wire in the tube through an approach movement along the axis of a tube guide holding device and wire transfer rachets. CONSTITUTION:A tube feeding device A to feed a tube 2' of a specific size in order, and a tube guide-and-hold device B to guide and hold along the axis N of the fed tube 2' are furnished. In the opposite size, a wire transfer-and- positioning device C is furnished to position a wire W along the axis N, which is held at the intermediate part with transfer rachets 12a and 12b. By a relative approach movement of the tube guide-and-hold device B and the transfer rachets 12a and 12b along the axis N, the wire W is inserted and penetrated through the tube 2' and then the tube 2' is released. Thus, the work of attaching cut off tubes 2' outside the wire W at a specific positioning can be carried out continuously and all automatically, causing to improve the work extensively. |
