PURPOSE:To expand easily memory capacity by providing a submemory to deliver the data which does not actually exist in the certain address area of a memory through the submemory. CONSTITUTION:The submemories #1-#n are connected to a memory selector 1. A main memory MM contains an address area MAA and an IO area MIO, and one of the submemories #1-#n that should be selected is written to the area MIO. These submemories can be used selectively by writing properly and selectively them to the area MIO. Therefore the area of the memory MM can be increased accompanying with the selective use of the submemories #1-#n. |
