PURPOSE:To prevent a pump body from being heated, by opening a taking-in port which communicates to the intake port of the pump body into the lower part of a casing and forming a buffer chamber for air between the discharge port of the pump body and the sending-out port of the casing. CONSTITUTION:A pump 3 inhales air from an intake port 1 and pressurizes the air and then discharges the air from a discharge port 2. Said pump body 3 is accommodated into a casing 6 onto which a taking-in port 4 and a sending-out port 5 which communicate to the opened ports 1 and 2 respectively are opened. In this case, the taking-in port 4 is opened in the lower part of the casing 6, and a buffer chamber 7 which takes-in the air discharged from the pump body 3 and sends-out the air having a nearly constant pressure is installed between the discharge port 2 and the sending-out port 5, over the pump body 3 in the casing 6. Therefore, the pump body 3 is prevented from being heated by the heat stored in the buffer chamber 7, and the air having a relatively low temperature is introduced into the pump body 3 from the taking-in port 4 opened in the lower part of the casing 6. |
