PURPOSE:To maintain the specified temp. of a flux liquid and to improve the quality and productivity of automatic soldering by driving and controlling a gas condenser and compressor in accordance with the temp. difference between a set reference temp. and the temp. of the flux liquid. CONSTITUTION:An optimum temp. of a flux liquid is set by the temp. setting and display part 4 of a temp. controller 3. The controller 3 compares the set temp. and the temp. of the flux liquid and when the temp. of the flux liquid is higher than the set temp., the controller actuates the gas condenser in a compressor 5. The controller actuates the compressor when the temp. of the flux liquid is lower. Gaseous Freon of a high or low temp. is thus fed into a pipe 6 for circulation, by which the specified temp. of the flux liquid is maintained. The flux liquid is automatically maintained in a satisfactory condition by the above- mentioned mechanism, by which the satisfactory flux coating is made possible from the initial period of soldering and the quality and productivity of soldering are improved. |
