The sum of the viewing surfaces (4A,5A) in a colour field (4,5) within a common viewing unit (3) corresponds to the two remaining colour field total viewing surfaces (6A,7A). The three colours employed are blue, green and red, the green surface (4A,5A) being the largest within the unit. - The two remaining viewing surfaces (6A,7A) are alike, and the three colour surfaces (4A-7A) comprise four separate areas in four-leaf clover formation. The surfaces (4A,5A) for the green colour are arranged diagonally, and other kinds of field formations are possible. A common lighting source (9) is provided for illuminating and/or causing light to pass through the surfaces (4A-7A), with the unit is formed by a number of liquid crystal or electro-chromic displays. |
