PURPOSE:To promote vaporization of fuel thus to reduce adhesion of fuel to the head section by providing a fuel injection valve at one intake port of double intake valve engine while providing plural fins at the head section of an intake valve at the intake port. CONSTITUTION:In an engine having two intake valves in single cylinder, intake path is provided independently for respective intake valve then fuel is injected to one of said paths. While plural fins 12 are provided at the head section 11a of an intake valve 11A in said intake path. The injected fuel is subjected to the heat from the combustion chamber at said head section to be vaporized sufficiently and fed to the combustion chamber. Since the fuel adhered to the head section of valve is vaporized immediately, the fuel film is made thin resulting in improvement of vaporized state.
