PURPOSE:To secure the safe remote supervisory control by monitoring the control information transmitted periodically from a computer interface device and controlling the control information to be sent to a telecontroller at a center to be controlled to the safety side in case the control information is not received for a fixed period of time. CONSTITUTION:A replacement counter 371 at a replacement monitor part 37 of a telecontroller 3 at the master side is reset for each control information when a control information receiving part 31 has received a reception signal. A replacement monitor module 372 advances the counter 371 in a fixed cycle and monitors whether the value of the counter 371 reaches a prescribed level. Then the control information obtained at a control information area corresponding to the counter 371 is controlled to the safety side. |
