PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit providing a logically stable output and a lower power operation by obtaining the circuit that both true and complementary outputs logically confirmed sufficiently and well-balanced are obtained to two output terminals. CONSTITUTION:A leading edge waveform in synchronizing nearly with a signal phi3 and having an identical level is obtained respectively at an output OUT when an input signal is at a low level and at an OUT when the signal is at a high level. A low level being over a threshold voltage is kept to the output OUT with the low input level and at the output OUT with the high input level by increasing sufficiently the size of an MOSTQ19 more than that of an MOSTQ18 and the size of an MOSTQ17 more than an MOSTQ16 respectively. Thus, both the true and complementary outputs confirmed sufficiently logically with well- balanced leading are obtained respectively at the two output terminals. Thus, the circuit providing logically stable output and low power operation is obtained. |
