<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently recover the waste heat of solid utilizing the conventional apparatus as it is, by making the heat of high temperature solid placed on the cooling table to emit through the heat transmitting tube installed so as to be possible to approach the upside of the high temperature solid. CONSTITUTION:The red-hot high temperature solid 11 is hooked by the claw 13a of the chain conveyer 13 and is traveled on the cooling table 12; the heat of this solid 11 is recovered by the multiple cooling tubes 14 installed above the cooling table 12 so as to be approachable to the upside of the solid 11. These heat transmitting tubes 14 are installed compactly covering almost whole table 12 in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the solid 11; besides, the tubes 14 are fixed to the lower part of the framework 15. The all heat transmitting tubes 14 are mutually, internally communicated by the headers 18, 19, installed on both ends of the tubes 14; cold water or gas is introduced in the arrowed direction A from an end of the tube 14 located at one end of the table 12, and hereby, the waste heat of the solid 11 is revovered. The downside of the solid 11 is left open to keep the convection of the air.</p> |
