摘要	PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble at power supply changeover at power failure by utilizing a contact of a hook switch so as to change over automatically the power supply to a battery at power failure in hooking off a handset. CONSTITUTION:A DC power supply voltage V0 reaches OV at power failure. In hooking off the handset in this state, the hook switch SW is closed automatically and a voltage VB of the battery is fed to a microcomputer CPU via a diode D2 and the switch SW. In hooking on the handset at power failure, since the switch SW is opened automatically, the succeeding discharge of the battery VB is prevented.
