PURPOSE:To synthesize signals with equalized distortion and to attain stable operation by transmitting pilot signals having different frequency while the level and phase are kept constant, extracting them at a BPF and detecting them so as to control an endless phase shifter via a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A synthesizer H1 synthesizes signals from pilot PL oscillators OSC1-OSC3 of frequency f1-f3 to a modulation signal from a modulation circuit MOD at a transmission side, a synchronizing circuit SYN synchronizes each PL signal and controls the signal so as to be an identical level and applies the result to a transmitter TX, from which the signal is transmitted through an antenna ANT. A main signal from an antenna ANTM and a sub signal through an endless phase shifter PS from an antenna ANTS are synthesized (H2) at a reception side an a PL signal of the frequencies f1-f3 is extracted respectively at BPFF1-F3 from the synthesis signal. The level and the phase signal are detected from each extracted PL signal at detection circuit PD1-PD3 and inputted to a control circuit CONT. The CONT controls the phase shifter PS so that the level and the phase of each PL signal are identical to those of the signal at the transmission side. |
