PURPOSE:To provide a dentifrice composition having excellent light resistance, and resistant to discoloration even in a container having a transparent part to enable the transmission of sun light, by coloring a dentifrice with a heat-resistant tar pigment and filling the dentifrice in a container having a transparent part. CONSTITUTION:A colored dentifrice composition colored with a light-resistant tar pigment such as Food Red 106, Food Red 2, Food Yellow 4, etc., and filled in a transparent container. At least a part of the container has a visible light transmittance of >=50%. When a filler (preferably titanium dioxide) is added to the above composition in an amount of 0.001-5wt% of the whole composition, the light resistance can be improved remarkably without lowering the beautiful appearance of the dentifrice, and the containing composition can be filled suitably in a transparent container having a clear part with an ultraviolet transmittance of as high as >=5%. Even a transparent container wherein the ultraviolet transmission of the transparent container wherein the ultraviolet transmission of the transparent part is >=3% may be used effectively, however, it is preferable to keep the transmittance to <=30% to prevent the discoloration of the perfumery, binder, etc. of the dentifrice composition. |
