<p>PURPOSE:To improve occupation coefficient of winding by winding wire to a bobbin through an interlayer paper and giving a pressure from outer circumference after such winding. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 itself is formed by winding, in multilayer, the wire 3 to a molded bobbin 2 consisting of resin, etc. A bobbin 2 is composed of a cylindrical part 4 and the collars 5 integrated to both ends. In case of winding in multilayer the wire on the cylindrical part 4 of bobbin 2 and over the both collars 5, the intermediate layer 6 is provided for every layer or several layers. When the wire is wound through the intermediate layer 6, if winding is disturbed, such disturbance is corrected by the interlayer paper, enhancing the degree of ordered winding.</p> |
