PURPOSE:To expand the rang of a set flow rate by stacking plural stages of diffusion chambers using stirrer bars and constituting freely detachably the respective diffusion chambers thereby constituting a mixer for mixing plural eluates which mix the plural eluates. CONSTITUTION:The diffusion chamber 302 is formed to a base 301 and the stirrer bar 302 is inserted into the chamber 302. A juncture 304 communicating with the chamber 302 is provided. The diffusion chambers 305, 308 in which the stirrer bars 307, 310 are used are screwed at respective joint parts to the upper part of the chamber 302. A joint 311 is further screwed to a joint 309 in the upper part. A mixer part 300 is constituted into a division type in the above-mentioned manner and divided type magnetic parts 312-314 are provided to enclose the mixer part. The stirrer bars 303, 307, 310 are rotated by the magnetic flux of the magnetic parts 312-314. The mixer part 300 is made into the division type, i.e., variable capacity type and the magnetic parts are similarly made into the division type. The selection of the optimum mixing volume so as to meet the flow rate is thus made possible. |
