PURPOSE:To cut down the material cost and the mounting time by a method wherein a heat-radiating plate having a protrusion and a U-shaped spring are provided. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical protrusion 11 attached to a heat-radiating material 8 is brought into contact with the mounting surfaces of the lead legs 10 of a transistor 7 and is positioned. This is because the force to be applied to the transistor 7 when a U-shaped spring 12 is inserted in the heat-radiating material 8 is received by the cylindrical protrusion 11 and the force is prevented from applying to the copper foil 13 of a printed substrate 9. By eliminating the cylinder between the printed substrate and the transistor main body, the material cost and the mounting time to be needed when the cylinder material is used can be cut down.
