<p>PURPOSE:To enable the position of a discharging means to be accurately controlled by applying a brake to a shifting means in accordance with the time required for shifting movement of the discharging means. CONSTITUTION:When it is required for an offset motor 39 to be suspended, it can not be suspended at once because of inertia of both a discharging means and the offset motor itself. Accordingly, the motor 39 is actuated to rotate reversely once for a braking purpose when it is required for the motor 39 to be suspended. In this case, if the time required for actuating the motor 39 reversely is made constant, the discharging means moves in shifting for the short period of time. But when it is suspended, it over-runs to the opposite direction because inertia is small. Therefore, the time required for braking until the motor 39 comes to a complete stop after it has been started, is allowed to be corrected by a shifting time signal from a time detecting means so that the motor may be stably suspended at the specified position. This configuration enables the position of the discharging means 20 to be accurately controlled.</p> |
