Baking of food products. The machine comprises: - a chamber in which baking is performed by radiation, conduction and natural convection, without forced circulation or agitating of air, comprising electrical heating plates 14 arranged on top of each other and defining, within the chamber, a number of baking compartments 15 which are not sealed, and for which these plates form sole and roof heating elements; - and at least one wheeled carriage 25 designed to place the bakery products in temporary relationship with the compartments.
