PURPOSE:To increase absorption of low energy side of X-ray and improve density resolution by forming an incident window material of radioactive ray detector to be used for CT apparatus with reinforced carbon fiber resin and a conductive foil laminated thereto. CONSTITUTION:A radioactive ray detector to be used for the CT apparatus is formed by arranging the X-ray incident window material 4a and detection element group 6 at the internal side of cut-away part of case 8 made of aluminium, etc. and such X-ray incident window material 4a is formed by laminating about 10 sheets of reinforced carbon fiber resin 16 each having the thickness of 15- 25mum and moreover attaching thereto the aluminium foil 17 in the thickness of 25-50mum to the side of detection element group 6. Accordingly, transmissivity of low energy photon can be improved by the use of reinforced carbon fiber resin sheet, degasification can be prevented owing to the aluminium foil 17 and charging can also be realized, with improvement of density resolution of detector. |
