PURPOSE:To continue stably start/stop operation over a long time by forming plural transfer patterns arranged in the transfer direction of magnetic bubbles while giving a prescribed short/long relation to the length of two adjacent parallel sides via a gap. CONSTITUTION:The transfer patterns 2 transferring the magnetic bubbles are formed while providing a prescribed short/long relation to the length of two adjacent parallel sides 2a, 2b via the gap (g). The length of the side of magnetic bubble entry side 2a of each asymmetrical chevron pattern 2 transferring the magnetic bubbles is formed shortly less than the length of the side of magnetic bubble exit side 2b in the transfer direction B of the magnetic bubbles C. That is, the length of parallel two sides forming the gap (g) of each pattern 2 is longer for the front part of the magnetic bubble transfer direction B. Through such constitution above, the distance W with a repulsive magnetic pole generated by a holding magnetic field HDC to the adjacent transfer pattern with the magnetic bubble C at the stop position of each transfer pattern 2 is increased more than a conventional system to allow the magnetic bubbles C to exist stably. |
