<p>PURPOSE:To reduce noise level by strictly surrounding outer circumference of stabilizer itself with a hardened resin. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizer itself 1 is composed of an iron core 2 and a coil 3 wound thereto. The stabilizer 1 is impregnated with a resin which becomes solid after it is hardened for insulation, for example, with a polyester system resin 5. The stabilizer thus processed is housed in the case 4. The one end is closed with a terminal plate 6 and the resin 7 having flexibility even after it is hardened is supplied from the other opening end. Next, the thermo-setting resins 5, 7 are simultaneously heated for setting.</p> |
