PURPOSE:To enable secure solution injection of the accurate amount of an electrolyte with a simple operation by integratedly and continuously providing containers in each of which the amount of electrolyte per cell is sealed, so that those containers can match the spacing between solution injection ports and fitting a flow rate adjustment body provided with a hole having a preset size in a solution injection cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The tip of the solution injection cylinder 2 of each solution injection container 3 is cut at a cutting position 7 and then is inserted in the solution injection port 9 of a battery 8. In this case, an electrolyte container 1 is inverted but the electrolyte 11 does not flow downward. Then, when air substitution is facilitated by perforating a hole 12 at the bottom of each solution container 3, the electrolyte 11 in each solution container 3 is injected in each cell room 10 from the hole 6 of a flow rate adjustment body 5 at a preset solution injection rate. The solution injection rate can be controlled by adjusting the diameter of the hole 6 of the flow rate adjustment body 5. If the hole diameter is set so as to match the electrolytic absorption rate into the plate of a storage battery 8, glass mat, and a separator, the electrolyte 11 will not overflow from the solution injection port. |
