Valve in controlled reduced flow rate use. The slowed down function is obtained in the intermediate position of the piston 7 indexed by the snap ring 16 in the groove 14. The fluid is obliged to pass through the hole 10, take the conduit 11 in order to traverse the slow down injector 12 in order to finally escape via the outlet injector 4 to the work station. The flow rate is thus minimal and constant. The device according to the invention is particularly recommended for all gas or fluid installations which have to be equipped, for safety reasons, with an emergency stop valve.
