PURPOSE:To let an optical member having an optical thin film, by forming an optical thin film on a releasing agent consisting of a compound having a fluorine-substituted hydrocarbon group and an alkoxysilane group or a halogenated silane group, and allowing the optical thin film to be transferred to a resin layer when it is separated from a master. CONSTITUTION:A master has an optical surface accuracy desired for molding and is made up of a metal, glass or the like. A releasing layer 3 is formed on the master 2. The releasing layer is made up of a compound having a fluorine- substituted hydrocarbon group and an alkoxysilane group or a halogenated silane group. A reflection preventive layer 4 is formed on the releasing layer 3. On the other hand, a glass substrate 5 is placed firmly on a support member 6, a small amount of a resin 7 is dropped thereon, and the master is placed thereon thereby the space between the master 2 and the glass substrate 5 is filled with the resin, which is allowed to solidify to form a resin layer 9. A surface high in accuracy, low in reflectance and faithful to the surface of the master can be obtained. |
