The invention relates to a sack-type or bag-type packaging for bulk material, said packaging being formed from a plastic film blank. The plastic film has at least one line of weakness defining the contour of a tear-off pouring opening. A sealing layer is arranged at least in the region of the line of weakness, preferably on the side of the plastic film facing the interior of the packaging. The sealing layer can consist of paper, plastic film or a coating of a material forming a film.
