PURPOSE:To save electric power energy and prevent such trouble that an illuminating load is turned off in the nighttime before dawn on a skip day by preventing the illuminating load from being turned on a skip day such as a holiday. CONSTITUTION:A skip day setting part 5 sets holidays on which the illuminating load 4 is not turned on, and a turn-on inhibiting means 6 inhibits the illuminating load 4 from being turned on from the sunrise to the dawn of a skip date. The illuminating load 4 is not turned on the holidays set at the skip day setting part 5 to save electric energy, and such trouble that the illuminating load 4 is turned off suddenly in the nighttime before a skip day is evaded. Namely, days on the calendar are changed in the midnight, but when the illuinating load 4 is turned off at 24:00, the illuminating is not maintained although there are still overtime workers or night workers, so the period before the dwan of a holiday is regarded as the extension of the last day to keep the illuminating load 4 on. |
