ROLL STRAIGHTENING PLANT

Rolls straightening plant having a device (1) to facilitate the regulation of its loading and discharging unit. The device is comprised of a frame (65) wherein is slidingly arranged according to the arrow (82) a graduated scale plate (15) and of two slides (12, 13) which determine the position of indicators (16, 17). The displacement of the graduated scale plate (15) and of the scales (66...71) secured to the latter takes into account for the scale reading values the diameter of the element to be straightened according to the diameter values of the scale (41) arranged on one side of the frame when adjusting the loading and discharging device. The slides (12, 13) enable to take into account the incoming and outgoing inclination of the element to be straightened bent in the straightening machine and to adjust it by means of the angular measuring scales (72, 73). Transversally above the scales (76, 73) filiform (42) indicators (16, 17) are stretched and they are brought into the required angular position by the hooks (84, 85) of the slides (12, 13). The device (1) is the distorted image according to scale of the adjusting means of the straightening plant. By using potentiometers instead of scales (66...71), it is possible to automatically adjust the loading and transport units.
