PURPOSE:To collect data and form a high-resolution surface by allowing a radiation generator or radiation detector to rotate by at least 180 deg. plus a fan angle and passing it through the hollow part of an annular body to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:A moving frame 23 is placed on, for example, two rails 22 and 22 laid on a frame 21 at an equal interval in an X-ray driving system 20, and an X-ray generator 24 is installed on the moving frame 23. The frame 21 and rails 22 are provided curvedly at more than 180 deg. plus the fan angle, and an opening part is formed on the side facing the body 1 to be inspected. The moving frame 23 is also formed curvedly at more than 180 deg. plus the fan angle similarly, and a rack 25 is provided at its outside lower part. A worm 26a is coupled with the rotating shaft of a rotation driving source 28 such as a reversible motor and a worm wheel 26b is engaged with the rack 25. |
