<p>PURPOSE:To correctly control the rate of exhaust atmospheric gas from a furnace, based on the calculated result which is obtained in such a manner that the concentration of solvent in atmospheric gas in a furnace is determined by calculating heat balance from the flow rate of exhaust atmospheric gas, the difference in temperature in exhaust gas at the outlet and the inlet of a deodorizer unit, and the rate of fuel consumed in the deodorizer unit, and the exhaust rate of atmospheric gas from the furnace is determined from the result of afore-said calculation so that the concentration of solvent become a proper rate. CONSTITUTION:Atmospheric gas from a furnace is fed into a deodorizer unit 4 by a fan 2, passing through a duct 3, and here the solvent contained in the gas is burned by a burner 5, and the deodorized gas is exhausted to the open air form a stack 7, passing through a duct 6. A flow rate detector 9 is provided to the duct 3, and its detected value is put into a flow rate controller 11, as well as to be put into a computer 10. The flow rate of exhaust gas is controlled by a control valve 12 provided to the duct 3, being opened and closed based on a reference value instructed by the computer 10. The flow rate of fuel to the burner 5 is controlled by opening and closing a flow rate controlling valve 16 under the control of a temperature indicator 15 so that the temperature on the outlet side of a deodorizer unit 4 is to be a predetermined value.</p> |
