PURPOSE:To reduce consumption of steam considerably, by feeding water into an enlarged tube of steam ejector having a tapered tube at the rear then heat exchanging between steam passing through the tube and gas fluid. CONSTITUTION:Water is fed through a water supply port 9 near the rear portion of an enlarged diffuser 7 and nozzles 8, 8 to exchange energy between the steam passing through the diffuser and gas flow. Consequently, the operating steam ejected through a nozzle 3 will reduce the volume through condensation to transfer the speed energy to water then discharged together with water through an extraction gas, steam tapered flow path 10 to the atmosphere. In such a manner, energy can be utilized effectively to enable discharge to the atmosphere through single step even when discharging from vacuum of 50m/mHg resulting in reduction of steam and water consumption upto 50%. |
