In a shut-off member, screwed pressure-tight into a container opening, for emptying a pressure-medium container, an annular seal is arranged on the connection socket of the shut-off member. The annular seal bears in tightly closing manner against the orifice margin of the tapped hole of the container opening. In this arrangement, the sealing ring is supported on a shoulder arranged in the screw-in direction of the connection socket following the external thread zone on the connection socket. In order to obtain a substantial simplification and acceleration of complete filling of the container, at least one bore (6) leading into the container (1) is arranged next to the container opening (2). The bore (6) leads out opposite the sealing ring (11) in the orifice margin of the container opening (2) and can be closed by the sealing ring (11).
