Heatable galette

The heatable galette for the conveyance and heat treatment of chemical fibres consists essentially of a rotatably driveable galette casing and of a heating device. The free rotating galette end face turned away from the machine frame is covered by a stationary concentric cap, in order to make it considerably more difficult for the heat to flow off from this galette end face.
